With branch offices in North Carolina and South Carolina, and our corporate headquarters in Lexington, SC, we’re positioned to serve clients throughout the region.
Rob Ducsay
With more than 20 years at Carolina Marketing, Rob Ducsay has helped shape the company from the ground up. As Co-Owner, he’s known for his deep industry expertise and a hands-on approach to solving customer challenges—whether it’s designing a bar layout, sourcing custom fabrication, or finding the right equipment solution.
Originally from Northeast Ohio, Rob is also a passionate endurance runner who has completed over 30 marathons and ultra marathons, including the Boston, London, and Berlin Marathons. One fun fact? He once ran 100 miles in under 22 hours.
What keeps Rob motivated after all these years? “I love meeting new people, learning what they need, and figuring out the best way to help.” That same curiosity and commitment to service continues to fuel his work every day
Benji Berry
Benji has been a driving force at Carolina Marketing since 2008, starting as an Outside Sales Representative and working his way up to become an owner in 2023. With a background as a Regional Sales Manager at Thermal Engineering Corporation in Columbia, SC, he brings years of industry expertise and a commitment to helping businesses find the right solutions.
Based in Lexington, SC, Benji is all about building strong relationships—both professionally and personally. When he’s not helping clients, you can find him spending time with wife, children and friends, playing pickleball, or enjoying a day on Lake Murray.

Lauren Barbour
Lauren Barbour has been a key part of the Carolina Marketing team for over four years, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting customers and sales reps alike. As Office Manager and Inside Sales lead, she’s often the first friendly voice you’ll hear—always ready to lend a hand and keep projects moving.
Originally from Gastonia, NC, Lauren is a proud South Carolina Gamecocks fan (especially women’s basketball and football!) and a self-proclaimed foodie who loves exploring new restaurants and breweries. When she’s not in the office, you might find her walking Hank, her beloved dog, tackling yardwork, or planning her next Disney World trip.
Lauren loves the close-knit, supportive culture at Carolina Marketing. “We’re a family,” she says. “Everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed.”
